Astilleros GONDÁN delivered in March a new passenger catamaran for the shipowner Líneas Romero, Don Juan R., built in GRP and with a capacity for 340 passengers

The 31 m long and 9 m wide catamaran can sail at a speed of up to 20 knots. It has two state-of-the-art 1.400 hp diesel engines that minimize polluting gas emissions. It has been designed to guarantee comfort and reliability during navigation.

Among its main features, the design of the “wave piercing” bow, which allows maintaining the speed in adverse sea conditions and its sidewater evacuation tunnels to improve behavior and reduce sea shocks.
